Get Summer Ready

January has been pretty wet and miserable so far and if you are like me, I have started looking at somewhere to go on holiday and get some summer sun (not too much though as my pale skin burns in the slightest bit of sun!!!!). Now is the time to be training towards whatever goal it is you have for looking good on the beach or around the pool. Whether it is to lose a bit of body fat, build some muscle or look leaner, then don’t be one of those people that has the realisation of wanting to look good a couple of weeks before going away, as its not going to happen!!!

Instead start now and have a structured plan of how you’re going to get there. Getting into shape is relatively simple if you are consistent with it. Get into the gym a minimum of 3 times per week and eat healthy, natural and unprocessed foods, making sure that you are getting adequate protein for what it is you are trying to achieve and by the summer you will be well on the way to looking good this summer.

1) Start Up Package (1 or 3 sessions) – Great way to introduce yourself into a structured plan and experience working with a PT.

2) Personal Training – Block or monthly membership options to suit all and get you in shape!

3) Group Training – If you have a group of friends all looking to get fit or want to share the cost of a Personal Trainer then why not speak to a trainer and see if there are any groups up and running or starting that suit the goal you are looking for.
