Group Personal Training – It’s back!
Sharing the cost of Personal Training is not only a more cost-effective way getting in shape but small group training can often be more motivating than 1:1 training.
Training with others who have similar goals and abilities creates a social environment with some friendly competition to help push your limits.
We are launching 2016 with a number of themed Group PT – Group Personal Training.
I will also be getting involved with the group session - Fit Bast*rds, a group for men who want to improve their lifestyle and get in better shape.
The session will be predominately based around resistance training with shorts burst of cardio throughout. The objective of the group is to improve strength, fitness and body composition through challenging and progressive workouts.
The session will be running on Tuesdays at 5.30pm, please contact me if you would like to give it a try.
