Squash Fitness

I’m excited to be bringing back Squash Fitness and Conditioning sessions!

Run in the form of our standard Group Personal Training, the Squash Conditioning sessions will run every Sunday at 9:00 at Letchworth Sports and Tennis Club.

The sessions will focus on sport specific fitness including movement, speed, agility, core strength and aerobic capacity specifically for squash.

As well as the essential components of speed, strength and power, we will be using conditioning drills designed to improve co-ordination, balance, flexibility and reaction times. 

Whilst the training sessions will focus on the sport specific components of squash, it’s important to make time for stability and resistance based workouts to be a true bulletproof athlete!

Therefore we are also including a Squash Performance Programme at no extra cost to help lay a strong foundation for the conditioning sessions to build upon. Included in the programme is nutrition information to help improve body composition and sporting performance.

The sessions will be starting in April 2017 and we will use the first few weeks to introduce the drills and explain the overall training plan. We will then be conducting on-going fitness and health assessments in order to gauge improvement in performance.

Court fees are included in the standard price for Group Personal Training sessions, either £15 per session or £60 per calendar month.
