2) You don't know what to expect - We always offer a free consultation with no obligation to purchase PT. This is a perfect opportunity for you to meet with us, ask as many questions as you need and find out about all the PT options available to you.
3) You are afraid of failing / PT not working for you - Our PT's are fully trained and can adapt their methods of training to best suit the client. If you are willing to stick to the plan, our proven protocols will have you seeing results in 12 weeks.
4) You are too overweight or out of shape for PT - There is no such thing! Our PT's have worked with many clients with different goals and capability. Although the training at times can be tough, you will see the rewards.
5) You are afraid to work out in the gym environment with others around - At Letchworth Fitness (the gym AMC operates from), you have the option to train in the studio when it is available so you do not have to face the gym if you do not want to.
