You do not have to be alone

Group PT is back

We’ve been planning and working behind the scenes and starting November 2015 we will be delivering several group PT sessions.

Why group PT?

Motivating yourself to work out several times a week doesn’t come easy, while strength training and cardio should be part of every fitness plan, it gets all too tempting to find an excuse not to go. Increase your level of motivation with group personal training as it offers all the physical benefits, but also the social factor. You will find that you get the support from the trainer but also the support from each other to motivate and reach your goals and its often the case that You are likely to work out harder, as everyone is exercising toward the same goal. The thought of pushing through a tough session might not get you excited but killing it with 3 or 4 other people in an hour-long workout is enough to get you looking forward to the next one.

Common ground

Many participants of group training have been through the same fitness and weight struggles as you and they are always willing to offer advice and can pass on tips about how they’re achieving their results. A group setting also helps to keep you accountable. So the question is: PT or group PT?? Whichever you choose you know that the end result will be worth it.
